Delete your account
In the app: Me, Settings, Delete my account. Your profile and photos come down at once and everything is erased after 30 days. If you cannot open the app, write to us from the email address you sign in with.
Browsing
You can browse without an account. Pick a city at the top of Home or Discover, then a category.
Search finds people by name in every city. Filters narrow the list to verified or available people, and for models also by gender and height.
Signing in
You need an account only to message, save or report someone, or to make your own profile.
Enter your email address and we send you a six digit code. There is no password.
Saving people
Tap the bookmark on a profile to save it. Hold the bookmark to put the person on one of your lists.
Only you see your saved people and lists. A person sees how many people saved them, never who.
Messages
Tap Message on a profile to write to that person. Before your first message we ask for your name, so they know who is writing.
Until the other person answers, you can send up to five messages and no photos.
New messages show as a dot on the Inbox tab while the app is open. The app does not send notifications to your phone.
Your profile and photos
To offer your own work, choose what you do, add photos and your details, and set your city.
A person on our team looks at every photo before anyone else can see it. Your profile appears once your first photo is approved.
A Basic profile is free and shows up to 6 photos. Models can also add up to 4 digitals, which are plain unretouched photos.
If a photo is not approved, you see the reason on the Edit profile screen and can remove it.
Location
You choose your city yourself. The app never uses GPS and never shows an address.
With Premium you can say until when you are in a city and add future trips.
Premium
Premium shows up to 20 photos, your dates and travel plan, your Instagram and TikTok follower counts as you type them, more comp card templates, and your own link.
While Shortlist launches, every Premium feature is free for everyone. We will tell you in the app well before that changes.
When subscriptions open, Premium will cost $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, in US dollars, with a 7 day free trial once per account. If you do not subscribe, your profile goes back to Basic and nothing is deleted.
The verified badge
The badge is optional. You ask for it in the app and our team checks your profile by hand. We may write to the email address you sign in with.
The WhatsApp button on your profile is off unless you switch it on and add your number. While it is on, signed-in people can open a WhatsApp chat with you, which shows them your number.
Staying safe
Keep first meetings professional and in a public or professional place. Agree the job, the date, the place and the price in writing before you go.
Never send money to get a job. Never send photos you would not put on your profile.
To report or block someone, open their profile or your chat with them, tap the three dots and choose Report or Block. A person on our team reads every report.
Someone you block cannot see your profile or write to you, and is not told. You can unblock people in Settings.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings, then Delete my account. Your profile and photos come down at once.
Everything is erased for good after 30 days. If you sign in again before then, your account comes back.
